We provide the following services
- Observing, collecting, and analyzing benchmark data about the strengths and needs of each school
- Researching effective interventions and systems that would be most effective in individual schools
- Training administrators and classroom teachers on chosen interventions
- Aiding schools in planning the rollout and implementation of the chose inclusion strategies
- Creating individual school-centric training materials for teachers
- Providing coaching for administrators and educators in the initial phases of the strategy implementation
- Monitoring implementation and collecting data on the results of the implemented strategies
Who we Are
Lead Strategist
Taffie Gwitimah is an educator, coach and creative who works to analyze systems and approaches in order to provide strategies and solutions for a variety of academic and community challenges. She works with leaders and community members to create possible pathways and aligned mini-courses to help schools implement chosen strategies.
